 Our vision is optimistic. We see our purpose as not to provide “care” – but to enable our members “to live life well”. 

We operate along co-operative lines, and  members participate in decision making, problem solving, & risk management.

Leadership is distributed and quality assurance and regulatory compliance is achieved through mutual professional respect and shared clarity of purpose. In more specific terms our code is that:

• Together we are in control, making our own decisions
• Together we “own” problems, identify solutions and make them happen
• Together we contribute and add value 
• Together we grow, learn, and develop
• Together we are optimistic about our future
• Together we are a community that lives life well
