We value all of our PA's and it is great when principal members share how someone has made a difference. This week, we want to thank Lauren for her help with healthy shopping, cooking and eating advice. We don't tend to take pictures of the every day activities but they make such a positive impact to our members and help us to live life well!

A big thank you to those that volunteered and visited our market stall; we sold the items we had made and raised £300, on a day that was very wet and rainy......imagine what we can do when the sun shines!
Some of us have been busy preparing for the 'Green Market' at Chester on Saturday 7th June from 10am. Come along to Deans Field near the Cathedral and see what we have made.
Some people decorated gingerbread and completed a questionnaire about our Purposeful Activity programme.
